This brief Building Information Modeling (BIM) primer was created to help answer various questions arising from clients and contractors. Scot Hennon and others from Hennon Group Architects have presented and partnered in many educational courses on BIM and associated industry topics. Through this endeavor, BIMinc., HGA’s sister company, was created to serve clients needing BIM services including enhanced renderings and scheduling models, where professional architectural services are not required.
