Old Time Pottery, Inc. is a home décor superstore, with 38 locations in 12 states nationwide. In May of 2004, Old Time Pottery contracted with HGA to provide retail upfit services which included:
- Shell Evaluation and Survey
- Review of Electrical Service, Distribution Panels, and HVAC Location
- Review of Equipment Surveys
- General Roof Inspection
- General Review and Inspection of the Building
- As-Built Base Drawings, for Use in Production of Construction Documents
- Code Review
- Review and Evaluation of Owner Requirements including Support Space
- Layouts, Coordination of Required Consultants and Engineers
- Construction Documents
- Permit Review Coordination
- RFI Responses During Construction
This led to a continuing client relationship, in which Hennon Group helped to create new retail spaces for six stores within a three year period of time.
