Expanding one of the most popular outlet centers with 20% more GLA, HGA was selected to design and implement Phase II of the Las Vegas Premium Outlets, a tourist destination itself just five minutes from the Las Vegas Strip.
Located on the Northwest corner of the Site, the Expansion adds more of the Center’s iconic white tensile structures providing needed shade and attracting attention from drivers on I-5 and beyond. Brightly colored facades and awnings greet guests as they shop their way through the open plazas dotted with misting fans, water features, and plenty of seating.
With the new World Market Trade Center now located one block away, the Center’s parking was at a premium. Working with Civil consultants and Engineers, HGA also provided a thorough Site Analysis and designed a parking deck to alleviate the traffic issue. HGA’s Virtual Leasing Model (VLM) helped the Owner track Tenant changes and redemises throughout the Center. A Master Sign Plan also integrated the existing center and new expansion to clearly illustrate the available signage areas for both Tenant and Owner Signage opportunities.
